Our state of the art computer controlled equipment is capable of performing very close
tolerance work to demanding SPC requirements.

With our computer controlled machining centers, we manufacture precision components,
in quantities ranging from single prototypes to large productions runs.  USA TOOL can
assist your company in the mechanical design of your products to improve the ease of
manufacture and therefore reduce cost.  Once designs are complete we can begin
production from paper drawings or directly from CAD files.  We Also use the Internet for
file and data exchange.

operations.  Specializing in precision hard turning of complex profiles, accuracy within
.0002 inch and surface finish of 4 min RA.

We also have grinding capabilities at USA Tool ranging from tool steel to carbide and
ceramics.  We have the ability to hold .0001 tolerance.  We  can meet most customer's
needs.
